School Year Kicks Off With Record Enrollment!
August 26, 2019 marks a historical day at Loyola High School, as the new school year begins with 66 new students – 45 freshmen and 21 transfer students – the largest new student group in school history – and a total school enrollment of 159, up from 140 last September.
“The numbers are a reflection of Paul Davis’s solid efforts as admissions director and the increased awareness and attractiveness of Loyola as a great place for parents, grandparents and families to send their sons,” says Loyola President David Smith. ” The ‘first day of school’ total enrollment is also a testament to the work over the past few years of Fr. Mark Luedtke, SJ, Principal Wyatt Jones, Dean of Students Michael Black, and our faculty and staff to improve our school and our student retention in the face of ever-changing circumstances.”
Here’s a great new school year!
