A cornerstone of Loyola's culture is our Morning Prayer, a powerful way to begin each day in community. Since the founding of Loyola, Morning Prayer has served as the spiritual foundation of our daily life.
Over the years, students have consistently shared how meaningful and impactful this shared time of prayer has been. Led by the Administrative Team, Faculty, Staff and Clergy, we come together to reflect on the Word of God in various ways. Through these reflections, we share how God's Word has shaped our lives and how our personal encounters with God influence our relationships with others.
Each Morning Prayer is unique, as every individual brings their own perspective and life experience. We learn from one another, embracing the diversity of our community while deepening our collective spiritual journey. Every day, we are challenged to live the values of the Gospel and strive to be "Men and Women for Others."
We conclude our time together by offering our prayer intentions, with students leading us in praying the Loyola Community Prayer.
