Launched in 2003, the Loyola Work Experience Program (LWEP) is an integral part of our academic curriculum, designed to prepare students for success in the professional world. As a graduation requirement for all juniors and seniors, this program connects students with real-world work experiences that complement their studies and enhance their career readiness.
Through LWEP, our students gain invaluable hands-on experience, working alongside industry leaders who serve as role models, demonstrating professionalism and instilling a strong work ethic. These practical experiences equip our young men with the skills and confidence they need to excel in their future careers.
