Bocce Team Heads to Toronto

Did you know Loyola has a bocce ball team and will be competing in the Special Olympics World Games in Toronto? Five team members from Loyola’s Unified team, along with their coach Kathy Gross, have been selected to represent Michigan this May!

Unified bocce is a program sponsored by Special Olympics that joins people with and without intellectual challenges on the same team. It was inspired by a simple principle: training together and playing together is a quick path to friendship and understanding

Good luck Bulldogs!
